Shipping and Refund Policy

Shipping, Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Knockout Couture, we strive to offer quality service and comply with all legal guarantees. Below are our shipping, exchange, and return terms and conditions, in accordance with current e-commerce legislation.

1. Shipments

1.1. Peninsula (Spain)

  • Standard Shipping

    Estimated time: 3 to 5 business days.

    Cost: €3.99

    Free on orders over €50.

  • Premium Shipping

    Estimated time: 24 to 48 hours (working days).

    Cost: €4.99

    Knockout Couture is not responsible for delays attributable to the shipping company, provided the order has been prepared and delivered within the announced timeframe.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day. No shipping on weekends or holidays.

1.2. Shipments outside the Peninsula

For shipments to the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, or outside the European Union:

  • The system will detect the address and automatically adjust the taxes (VAT will not be applied in these cases).

  • The customer will be responsible for paying any local taxes (IGIC, IPSI) or customs/tariff fees required by their administration or the shipping company.

  • Knockout Couture does not assume the cost of these additional charges.

It is advisable to check the applicable costs with your carrier or local customs beforehand.

2. Size changes and returns

2.1. Term

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a size exchange or a refund.

2.2. Management

Size changes and returns are handled exclusively through the REVER platform. Customers must access the platform through the following link:

You will need to enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.

2.3. Conditions

  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Products with signs of use, damage or incompleteness will not be accepted.

  • Returns on personalized products, underwear, or other personal hygiene items are not accepted.

  • Returns of products purchased on sale are not accepted, except in the case of defects or shipping errors.

2.4. Costs

  • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for size changes or returns, unless there is an error on the part of Knockout Couture (defective or incorrect product).

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with European (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Spanish (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users) regulations, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

To exercise this right, the client may:

  • Access the REVER platform, or

  • Send an email to info@knockout-couture.com indicating your intention to withdraw, along with the order number.

Once the product has been received and its condition verified, a refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 days.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within the first 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered in preparation and cannot be modified.
