Shipping and Refund Policy

At knockout-couture we hope that we have met your expectations and that you are satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason you wish to make a return, please see our policy below.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to all of the following conditions:

RETURNS

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept items that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable products:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after shipment.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and products damaged due to customer misuse.

*Knockout-couture reserves the right to deny any exchange or return*.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. Shipping costs for size exchanges will always be at the customer's expense. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@knockout-couture.com with the following information:

- Order number

- Proof of purchase

- Video or photo of the product to be returned (used as proof to refund or replace the product).

- Complete shipping address

- Phone number

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was received by the gift giver to ship to themselves later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipment
The customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The ORDER OF PREPARATION OF PACKAGES AND SHIPMENTS will be structured as follows:

1.PREMIUM shipping paid

2.STANDARD shipping paid

3.Premium Cash on Delivery Shipping

4.Standard Cash on Delivery Shipping

This order of preparation and delivery will be followed as a general rule, prioritizing shipments from 1 to 4 as indicated, with 1 being the highest priority.

If the shipment does not arrive on the scheduled dates, this order will be reviewed and the incident may be due to the transport company and not to Knockout Couture, remembering that PREMIUM shipping would be within 24/48 hours and STANDARD shipping would be within 2/4 working days.

Cancellations

We allow you to cancel or modify order details within 12 hours of purchase. Please note that after 12 hours, our products have already been packed and are ready to be shipped, so we will not be able to change the details of your order.
